Contact Us
StdBee is run by a handful of people, so an emailed message lands with someone who can act on it. Mention the tool and what you expected, and the reply will be specific rather than a canned response.
StdBee is a standard deviation calculator, so the messages that reach us tend to be about a statistics assignment or about a figure that did not look right. Both are worth sending.

What to tell us
- A link to the page, or the name of the calculator you used.
- Your inputs, which for this tool means the data you paste; exactness is not needed.
- The output you received against the output you expected.
- Device and browser, for anything that looked wrong on screen.
Anything concerning checking the spread of a set of measurements is easier to answer when you include the page address, so we can look at the same tool you did.
If a result looks wrong
A wrong result here is a bug, not a matter of taste. On StdBee the rule is that it distinguishes the population and sample formulas by the divisor — N or N-1 — which is the difference that makes a sample estimate slightly larger, and shows each step so the arithmetic can be followed; if what you see contradicts that, either an input fell outside the model or a rounding case was missed. Give us the inputs and the expected value and we will reproduce it.
How we handle what you send
Your message serves only the one purpose of a reply. It goes on no list and to no third party. Full details live in the privacy policy.
